Add electronics and earphone liners! I used coin cell batteries and hid them in the ear cups. The bright blue LED is a filament from Adafruit. They are a little tricky to get to stick to surfaces but I had some luck with superglue, zip kicker and a sprinkling of baking soda that helps thicken the glue while flash curing it in place.

These will be shipped with the flashing ( extra urethane from casting) intact to help keep the shape during shipping. This is easily cracked off.

I would back some of the thinner parts of these with a lightweight putty like Free Form air once you have it shaped.

There will be some imperfections in the casting due to the hand made nature of this piece.

You could also use a normal epoxy putty if you just want to bulk out a few small areas. These are sculpted over my own head form so they will fit people differently! They can be warmed and shaped if they are too narrow. Please apply heat using a hair dryer or heat gun to the underside of the casting.

This prop piece was hand sculpted and has been reproduced in slightly flexible urethane. Each is hand painted and ready to wear! Just tie the cloth band around your head. Buyer may need to heat shape the headband to fit snugly. Lightweight and comfortable, will be a great addition to a cyberpunk outfit!
